What is Spinzaie ?
Lisa B.V is a 10+ year old sports club software management company based out of Almere,Netherlands. They are the dominant players for both racquets sports club and hockey clubs.
Spinazie is their new product launched to help clubs fully automate their customer interaction and journey notifications.
How it Started
Lisa B.V approached us to find out how we could help them build Spinazie from scratch, using the latest user experience technologies and tech stack.
What we Built

Setup a dedicated team for fullstack engineers with dedicated PM and designer when needed.

We built and designed the entire product roadmap and development plan.

Product journey was first finalised using wireframes and final UX was developed by our in-house product dev team.

Finally, we developed a SaaS product that uses microservices and a queue architecture to help clubs send hundreds of emails/SMS notifications based on their journey.

Web based visual editor for conditional event based campaigns to fire personalised communication

Full integration with SendGrid and Twilio so clubs can manage all their communications from Spinazie
